Lettings Negotiator Job Description

Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Property Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely viewings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Utilize software systems to register applicants, match properties, and process referencing.
  • Viewings and Inspections: Conduct property viewings, inspect properties, and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in lettings or property management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or training in lettings or property management.
  • Driving License: Full clean driving license with access to a vehicle.
