As a Delivery Manager, your role will be pivotal in guiding and motivating your team to excel in stock processing and maintaining an organized stockroom while meeting performance benchmarks. Each day will present a mix of challenges and rewards, with a focus on people being central to our operations. Your leadership experience in coaching and inspiring a high-performing team will be essential for your success. About the Role:
- Lead a team to achieve exceptional stock processing and stockroom organization in a commercial and operationally effective environment.
- Engage in hands-on operational activities, collaborating with the team and supporting store management as necessary.
- Foster a culture of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team.
- Ensure efficient stockroom operations by continuously enhancing processes, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to uphold high standards.
- Work diligently to ensure our stock is presented beautifully and accessible to customers promptly.
