Customer Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team in the Midlands and Northern England regions.
About the RoleAs a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in their homes and businesses. You will work closely with our team to resolve technical issues and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair and maintain telecommunications equipment in customer premises
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our services
- Provide excellent customer service and support through clear communication and empathy
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
