Role Overview

As a Technical Lead focused on Orbital Copilot, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven assistant, designed to revolutionize property due diligence. Your work will drive innovation behind a product that simplifies real estate transactions, making complex processes seamless.

You'll lead a talented team of engineers, guiding them from concept to deployment, ensuring our AI platform remains at the forefront of the industry while delivering real-world impact for our users.

  • Guide the Vision: Play a key role in managing the technical roadmap, balancing immediate deliverables with strategic growth and cutting-edge technology.
  • Stay at the Forefront: Work with the latest Gen AI and LLM technologies, incorporating them into our platform and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Drive Real Impact: Ensure the scalability of our domain-specific AI product, Orbital Copilot, contributing to solutions that exceed industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Lead, hands-on engineering manager or similar leadership role in AI/ML, software development, or SaaS start-ups.
  • A keen interest in the latest Gen AI and LLMs, algorithms, and technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Azure, and OpenAI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
