Fundraising Specialist

Salary and Benefits: As a Fundraising Specialist, you can expect a basic salary of £23.8K with opportunities to earn up to £45K in OTE (On-Target Earnings). Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including a healthcare plan worth up to £900 per annum, 28 days annual leave, and a death in service plan twice your annual salary.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Private Site Fundraiser. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to members of the public and signing them up for regular donations or sponsorships to nationwide charities. You will receive full training, but strong communication skills and resilience are essential.

Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent face-to-face field sales skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a related field or significant work experience in sales or fundraising is desirable.
