Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor or School Nurse looking to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment?
Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled professional to lead a multi-professional team in delivering the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 years to children, young people, and families in the locality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day delivery of the programme, providing professional and clinical leadership, and line management of locality teams.
Key duties include:
- Leading a multi-professional team to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient services to children, young people, and families.
- Providing professional and clinical leadership, and line management of locality teams.
- Working closely and productively with multi-agency partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements:
- Community Specialist Practitioner in Public Health Nursing - Health Visitor or School Nurse at Honours Degree, Diploma or Masters Level.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 with active NMC registration.
- Knowledge of Healthy Child Programme 0-19 and Government Key Drivers.
Desirable:
- Experience of managing services in a changing environment/Experience of providing clinical supervision.
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Recognised training/teaching qualification.
