Job Details: We are seeking an artistic pastry professional to join our team as a cake decorator. This role involves designing and creating bespoke cakes that meet customer specifications and high-quality standards, as well as decorating confectionery items according to the daily production plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Create unique cakes tailored to customer needs.
  • Decorate various confectionery items as per the production schedule.
  • Work closely with the main bakery department for morning share-out and provide production support when required.
  • Review existing products and propose enhancements or process improvements.

  • A salary ranging from £27,000 to £33,000 per annum.
