About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer Associate to join our Building Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable design and delivery of high-profile projects in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on mechanical engineering.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive quality and innovation in our designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize technical direction and use of standard procedures and digital tools.
  • Manage technical risks, negotiate scope of services, and prepare fee proposals.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Building Services Engineers, providing technical and pastoral support.
About You

We are looking for a Chartered Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, who has previous experience in leading and coordinating project delivery. You should have a strong understanding of sustainable design principles and be enthusiastic about digital design innovation.
