Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team at Infinity Group. As an IT Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying requests and standard, non-standard, and emergency changes to our customers' infrastructures in line with ITIL processes.

About the Role:
This role will be split between remote and on-premises changes and can include workstation builds, software upgrades, and new-user configurations. You will work with various Microsoft cloud services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Server operating systems and virtualisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy requests and standard, non-standard, and emergency changes to customers' infrastructures in line with ITIL processes.
  • Work on workstation builds, software upgrades, and new-user configurations.
  • Configure and install network equipment, including routers, firewalls, and switches.
  • Provide onsite support for scheduled maintenance days and undertake client visits for installations and system upgrades.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex service requests in your area of expertise.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and ensure that all work is completed in-line with ITIL principles.


Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and procedures.
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Full clean driving license.
