Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to TWI Limited's assets, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that TWI Limited remains compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain accurate records of compliance activities.

Business Continuity Planning: Develop and oversee business continuity plans to ensure the company's ability to operate effectively in the event of disruptions or crises.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports for senior management and the board of directors on compliance activities and progress.

Staying Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact TWI Limited, and adjust compliance programs accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience: Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 5 years senior experience, and ability to travel across the group, within the UK and Overseas.
