As a School Swimming Teacher with We Are Swim, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care to our students.

About the Job:

  • To teach swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years old
  • To develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student
  • To ensure the health and safety of all students during lessons
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Teaching Swimming or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of teaching children of various ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
