As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally in their absence. Your duties will include delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience, and demonstrating Claire's products. You will also assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge, process store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ear piercing, ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need some high school education, a minimum of 1 year retail experience, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills. You will also need to be able to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and operate a POS system.
