About The Role
Night Support Worker

This role requires a driver's license and is part of a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs associated with autism.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.60 to £12.00 per hour.
  • A full-time position with 30 hours per week, working 10pm - 8am.
