Route Optimization Specialist

As a skilled Route Optimization Specialist with Enva, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing efficient and effective routes for our vehicle fleet. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize planning software and your expertise to maximize waste volumes collected while minimizing operational costs. You will work closely with our customer service department to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and prioritize timely calls. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in reviewing accuracy of incoming customer orders and producing day-to-day reports and KPIs on planning efficiency and resource availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate planning software to produce efficient routes that meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
- Maximize resource utilization and consider legal restrictions when planning routes.
- Review accuracy of customer orders and prioritize timely calls.
- Produce day-to-day reports and KPIs on planning efficiency and resource availability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in route optimization or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
