Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse (Part Time) to manage a caseload of patients from admission to transition. The successful candidate will coordinate interdisciplinary care, monitor treatment, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.

In addition to these core duties, the ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Equivalent education for RI licensure is also required.
