Job Title: Multi Product Womenswear Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Multi Product Womenswear Designer to join our team at Never Fully Dressed. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating fresh, versatile, and fashion-forward womenswear collections that resonate with our brand's ethos of individuality and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent trend research and identify key directions for product development, sharing daily newness with the design team and building strong, cohesive ranges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Buying teams to ensure product development aligns with critical paths and meets financial targets.
  • Provide clear, concise design briefs and work with the technical team to advise factories on garment construction, design details, and artwork specifications.
  • Sourcing materials and products from the supply base, while building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Reacting to sales data and market trends to design commercially relevant, fashion-forward ranges that resonate with our brand's ethos and customer base.
Requirements:
  • A designer with a keen eye for trends, who is passionate about creating versatile, inclusive, and fashion-forward womenswear collections, with an understanding of the NFD brand and customer.
  • A designer who can balance creativity with commercial viability, reacting quickly to sales data and customer feedback to deliver ranges that meet market demands.
  • Highly skilled in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe, and CAD.
  • Able to adapt and find creative solutions in response to challenges, whether it's working with suppliers, adjusting to feedback, or fine-tuning designs based on real-time data.
