Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to join our clients team in Banbury. This senior role involves overseeing the entire warehouse function, ensuring that all procedures, activities, and day-to-day operations, including health and safety, adhere to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues.
- Oversee and improve warehouse procedures and activities, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Act as a hands-on manager, setting a strong example for all colleagues and promoting a positive work culture.
- Solid previous experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Competitive salary up to £42,000 DOE, reflecting your skills and experience.
