About E3 Recruitment: We are partnering with a global Chemical Manufacturer to find a dedicated SHE Advisor to join their team in the Blackpool area.

As a SHE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and health in the workplace, developing and implementing effective safety protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and audits
  • Providing training and guidance to employees
  • Collaborating with management to drive business growth

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
