At Jobs for Humanity, we're looking for a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of fintech by working with our teams to deliver best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank, and invest.



About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a scrum setting, working closely with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications. You'll work with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams to drive business growth and improvement.



Responsibilities


  • Identify strategies and improvement opportunities to reengineer processes for greater efficiency.
  • Conduct tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
  • Design solutions to satisfy requirements using available functionality through configuration.
  • Work with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.
  • Participate in software design meetings to determine technical requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to drive business growth and improvement.


Requirements


  • Knowledge of financial services industry and end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Card processing and payment industry experience.
