About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed EBD children's home in Oldham. The home is already operational, currently providing care for one young person. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of ensuring the home runs smoothly, continues to deliver exceptional care, and supports the young people in achieving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to ensure the highest standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)

• Ensure compliance with all Ofsted regulations, focusing on delivering positive outcomes for the young people

• Develop and maintain effective care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies

• Work collaboratively with external professionals such as social services, healthcare providers, and specialist agencies

• Manage occupancy levels and financial performance to ensure the sustainability of the home

• Be a positive role model and create a nurturing environment for both the staff and young people
