Cherry Pick People is seeking a skilled Home Sales Specialist to contribute to the success of their property development team. As a Home Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales across multiple live schemes located in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management: Convert leads into viewings, reservations, exchanges, and completions while meeting established targets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Conduct property viewings and events, providing a high-quality, customer-focused service throughout.
  3. Documentation Preparation: Work with marketing to ensure accuracy in pricing, brochures, and related documents for launches.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  5. Sales Monitoring: Identify and resolve any blockages in the sales process, implementing plans to ensure completion of transactions.
  6. CRM Management: Maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date to inform future sales strategies.
  7. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to minimize complaints and uphold the company brand reputation.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Previous experience within new homes sales for either a developer, agent, or within affordable housing.
  2. Good stakeholder management skills and experience working with solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams.
  3. Team-oriented approach and can work cross-departmentally to drive company success.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  5. Market research skills are highly desired and will be utilized.
  6. Strong customer service ethos, with a drive to exceed expectations.
  7. Adaptable with a positive attitude to everything you do.
  8. Located in London and flexible to travel 3+ times a week to sites.

Salary: £35-40,000 basic OTE £50-55k that includes per-unit bonuses, team-based commission, annual bonus.

Working Pattern:

The role involves a flexible work arrangement, including a mix of office-based (1-2 days), site days (2-3 days), and remote workdays.
