Leadership Opportunity - Head of Year

Oasis Academy Lord's Hill is seeking a dynamic and inspiring middle leader to take responsibility for ensuring an excellent standard of behaviour, attendance, and personal development.

The successful candidate will be required to teach all abilities across KS3 and KS4 in their specialist subject area. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential.

The Academy is part of the highly successful Oasis Community Learning multi-academy trust. The successful candidate will share the ambition of community transformation, delivered by exceptional education at the heart of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an excellent standard of behaviour, attendance, and personal development
  • Teach all abilities across KS3 and KS4 in their specialist subject area
  • Support the Academy ethos and extra-curricular activities within the Academy
