About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Specialist Continence Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients, carers, and staff to promote continence and manage incontinence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical skills and knowledge to patients, carers, and staff to support the promotion of continence and management of incontinence.
  • Ensure the assessment of patients with complex continence needs or who require specialist interventions in a range of community settings.
  • Deliver nurse-led Level 2 assessments and conduct grievance investigations and staff performance reviews.
  • Analyse complex data, identifying root causes of issues and working with others to resolve them.
  • Communicate with patients and service users regarding queries and complaints.
