Role Overview:

As a Business Customer Manager at Currys plc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth in-store. You will lead a team of sales professionals to inspire business customers to buy the best products to suit their needs, while building strong relationships with local businesses and developing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop sales teams to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business owners, identifying opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
  • Lead a high-performing team, understanding individual strengths and development needs, and providing coaching and support to drive personal and business growth.
  • Drive business sales and profit objectives, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience and a hands-on approach to sales leadership.
  • Background in retail or B2B sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills, with a passion for building team confidence and capability.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive sales growth, while meeting customer needs.
