Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living support, including personal care and household tasks.
- Implement care plans and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate community and social outings to promote engagement and connection.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in healthcare or social work is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
