We are seeking a highly skilled First Line Support Team Manager to join our team at Arnold Clark Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing training and guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000-£60,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints.

Requirements:
