We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Front FM Recruitment. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems in our managed office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and report electrical issues.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure electrical systems are functioning correctly.
  • Oversee and coordinate external contractors to ensure high-quality electrical work.
  • Collaborate with designers and contractors to ensure electrical systems meet company standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in electrical maintenance or construction.
  • Full electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds 2391 and City & Guilds 2382, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and creative approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to health and safety.
