As a Network Controller, you will play a critical role in managing our network interventions, ensuring they are planned, risk-assessed, and delivered to the highest standards.

This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver first-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hydraulics, network operations, and mathematics. A full UK driving license is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and manage all planned network interventions, working closely with the Network Intervention Lead.
  • Take ownership of a county area, providing a clear link between Network Control and Local Ops Team.
  • Champion Network Control in local areas by hosting workshops and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to assist with the preparation, planning, and programme management of major schemes.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware of planned network interventions.
  • Support and engage in Network Control Team Objectives, Team meetings, Standdowns, and Development Days.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires flexibility, including shift patterns between 7 am and 5 pm.
