Job Title: Telecommunications Permit Coordinator

At M Group Services Limited T/A Avonline Network Services Limited, we are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Permit Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses excellent administration skills and experience in permit raising.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing permits for rolling build programmes across our portfolio. This role involves working closely with our engineering teams to raise, manage, and track permits, as well as creating and amending rolling programmes. You will also be required to monitor and track progress of any defects arising from builds, manage risk registers and action logs, and work with our delivery manager on resource allocation. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Engineering Teams to raise, manage & track permits
• Creation & amendment of rolling programmes
• Monitor & track the progress of any defects arising from the builds
• Risk Register / Action Log management
• Monitor build programme deadlines
• Work with Engineering Teams to identify TTROs & Traffic Management requirements
• Create & monitor daily team whereabouts
• Working with the Delivery Manager on resource allocation

Requirements:
• Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-driven and thrives in a busy working environment
• Processing information effectively
• Flexible approach to changing needs of business
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
