Job Description:

As a Finance Specialist for Project Origination and Implementation, you will play a crucial role in contributing to all phases of the project cycle, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation, and monitoring. You will take responsibility for various tasks assigned by the operation leader or more senior members of the project team, which may include comprehensive due diligence, effective post-signing implementation and monitoring, and portfolio monitoring, value creation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in structuring and executing transactions, contributing to comprehensive research and analysis of background materials, market information, and financial performance data;
* Analyze and evaluate potential risks related to proposed projects, including analysis of financial statements, preparing and updating financial models, and financial projections;
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality deliverables;
* Prepare draft monitoring reports, including recommendations for corrective actions where required;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages, including financial analysis and modeling modules. Strong credit analysis skills, knowledge of local and international accounting principles, and ability to work effectively as a team member are essential.
