Head of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) practice. As the Head of RPA, you will be responsible for driving the design, architecture, development, and implementation of IT-driven solutions, including data analytics, performance management, RPA, and automation tools and associated processes.

About the Role:

  • Lead teams of partner and client employees to deliver RPA solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement business cases for IT-focused transformations.
  • Design and implement software solutions involving automation, particularly RPA and ML/AI solutions.
  • Use automation tools such as UiPath to drive business process improvements.
  • Have functional knowledge in the areas of supply chain, finance, and operations management.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience of using data science and business process analysis techniques.
  • Experience of developing quantitative and qualitative business cases for IT-focused transformations.
  • Practical experience of designing, implementing, and supporting software solutions involving automation, particularly RPA and ML/AI solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of using automation tools such as UiPath.
  • Functional knowledge in the areas of supply chain, finance, and operations management.
