Financial Manager Role

Apex Recruitment - Leamington Spa is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to bring their expertise to a renowned specialist in bespoke campervans and motorhomes. As a key member of the senior team, you will drive innovation, shape the company's future, and contribute to its growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of Sage Intacct, transitioning from Xero, and ensure efficient workflow and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to senior management.
  • Evaluate and refine financial processes to align with the new Sage Intacct system.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audits.
  • Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial health.
  • Provide financial insights and support for various company projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualified, part-qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in finance or accounting
  • Ability to manage and work with departmental accounts
  • Experience in handling inter-company accounting transactions
