FP&A Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent analytical and reporting skills. You will be required to manage and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs, as well as partner with external stakeholders to build standardised reporting packs.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, with experience in a business partnering role.
• Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders outside Finance.
• Experience in high-growth software or subscription-based industries (desirable but not essential).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise systems.
