About the Role

The Wates Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Foot Engineer to join our team based on-site at our client's offices in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to the buildings' plant, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to the buildings' plant, equipment, and systems.
  • Respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients.
  • Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
  • Supervise subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
