Sales Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Global CTS Recruitment as a Sales Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining the database, monitoring sales inboxes, and recording sales target achievements. The ideal candidate will have office experience, be computer literate, and have intermediate experience in Excel. The role requires an analytical mind and the ability to work proactively to ensure internal dashboards are kept up to date. Additional responsibilities include organising sales promotion evenings, showroom visits, and meetings, as well as managing undelivered mail shots and emails. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining the database and dealing with bounce backs and duplicate entries
* Monitoring sales inboxes and forwarding emails onto appropriate members of the team
* Recording annual individual objectives of Sales Representatives
* Recording sales target achievements and compiling monthly activity reports
* Ensuring internal dashboards are kept up to date
* Inputting and updating annual sales documents
* Organising sales promotion evenings, showroom visits, and meetings
* Recording training carried out by Sales Reps
* Working with Marketing and sharing content to aid marketing material
* Managing undelivered mail shots and emails
