Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, a leading Integrated Health Board in the UK, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Clinical Coding Operations Director. As part of our esteemed team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Clinical Coding Department across two major sites: UHW (Cardiff) and UHL (Llandough). Your primary objective will be to ensure that departmental objectives are met while driving strategic service development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical coding, with experience in managing teams and implementing training programs. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels. As a Clinical Coding Operations Director, you will be an integral part of our efforts to enhance data quality and accuracy, ultimately contributing to improved patient care and outcomes.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range, estimated at £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
