PE Global International is seeking a highly skilled Documentation Assistant to join our team. As a Documentation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of clinical trial packaging documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate clinical trial packaging documentation in accordance with relevant SOPs and GMP regulations.
- Maintain high-quality standards by documenting all deviations as required.
- Report any issues that may impact the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies to your Line Manager.
- Participate in the implementation of new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to the Preproduction department.
- Maintain a personal training record and attend training sessions as required.
- English language proficiency at Higher level or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Pharma experience or education highly advantageous.
- Experience in GMP or GDP highly advantageous.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
