The Team Leader will be responsible for reporting on throughput, improvement, and people requirements within given time parameters, as well as providing comprehensive reporting on KPIs and SLAs performance. They will also be responsible for driving a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
