Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our national team, responsible for leading a portfolio of 11 shops across the London & South East region. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for delivering profit and sustainable growth, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Retail Managers to deliver profit and sustainable growth
- Implement the retail plan, working collaboratively with other Commercial Area Managers
- Collaborate with General Managers to drive and deliver property objectives
- Ensure effective controls are in place to maintain compliance and adhere to internal processes and procedures
- Share best practice and lead to ensure brilliant service is delivered every day
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable technical knowledge of the Retail business
- Multi-unit operational management experience within a national organisation
- Financial acumen regarding management and delivery of budgets
- Proven track record of performance leadership
- Demonstrable consulting and coaching skills
- Proven influencing skills
- Ability to deliver change within an evolving commercial business
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills to navigate challenging conversations and influence change
