Job Summary
O-I is seeking a skilled Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of installed machinery and related equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
