About the Opportunity

Syneos Health is seeking a Director of Public Relations Management to join our team and lead our public relations efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement public relations strategies to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in public relations and account management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
