About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational Registered Manager to join our team at Diverse Talent Partners. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of running our Children's Home, ensuring that young people receive high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and comfortable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of running the Children's Home, including staff supervision, induction, and appraisal.
  • Lead the staff team and deploy appropriate resources to fulfill key tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including child protection, health and safety, finance, control, and administration.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager who holds a minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare and is committed to working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
