Job Description:
We are seeking a Nightcare Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Nightcare Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

As a Nightcare Worker, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, completing regular checks throughout the night, and performing light domestic duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bedtime routines and personal care for individuals with complex needs
- Complete regular checks throughout the night to ensure the safety and well-being of service users
- Perform light domestic duties as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements:
- Full UK driving license (desirable)
- Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
