Overview

Lidl - Enfield is seeking a talented individual to join its team as a Retail Graduate. This role offers a comprehensive development program, providing hands-on experience in sales, HR, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

During the 40-week program, you will gain valuable insights into various aspects of retail operations. The program is divided into three key components:

  1. Sales (store-based): You will start as a Customer Assistant and progress through key store roles, culminating in store management. This experience will equip you with essential sales skills and knowledge of store operations.
  2. HR (regional office-based): You will work alongside our HR teams to understand how they facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development within regional departments.
  3. Supply Chain (regional office-based): You will learn about product ordering, quality management, and supplier relationships within our complex supply chain.

Specialist Route (Year 2)

You will choose from three specialist routes: store, warehouse, or supply chain management. This opportunity allows you to focus on an area that interests you and develop expertise in that field.

Requirements and Benefits

  • A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September 2025, with graduation between September 2023 and September 2025.
  • A full UK driving licence by 1st February 2025.
  • Legal entitlement to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
  • Possibility to relocate within commuting distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre.
