Eximius Law is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Lawyer to join our team in a growing fintech business in the City of London. As a key member of our legal team, you will advise on complex regulatory matters and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of major legal strategic projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on complex regulatory matters and work across multiple regions and jurisdictions
  • Pro-actively identify and manage legal risks
  • Manage major legal strategic projects across the business
  • Partner with key stakeholders across jurisdictions and liaise with the compliance functions
  • Manage relationships with external regulatory entities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE with previous in-house experience in a fintech business or similar
  • Working knowledge of regulatory laws, particularly MIFID II
  • Keen interest in Fintech and a pro-active and collaborative attitude
