Job Title: Planning Solicitor - Commercial Property Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join our reputable commercial property team. As a Planning Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on strategic acquisitions, statutory agreements, and planning aspects of property due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on planning matters to clients, including land promoters, developers, and property investors.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team to ensure high-quality work.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a Planning Solicitor.
  • Strong technical knowledge of planning law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
