Hotel Reception Role

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Harbour Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a hotel reception environment, with a strong passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. A solid understanding of hotel reservation systems is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
