About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join our UK Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our healthcare projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers, managing teams of MEP Engineers and collaborating with colleagues from other engineering disciplines.
  • Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team through exceptional project delivery and client relationships.
  • Develop and oversee electrical concepts and design philosophies, inspiring and enthusing engineers and technicians on your projects.
  • Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings and supporting key accounts and new business development.
  • Manage your own projects, acting as MEP or electrical engineering project manager to allocate resources and coordinate tasks.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the UK Healthcare sector, including experience in building hospitals within the UK. You will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and hold MCIBSE, MIET, or MIHEEM certifications. Excellent project management skills, a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360, and excellent communication skills are essential.
