Lifting Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Lifting Operations Manager with a strong background in managing lifting operations, inspecting and maintaining lifting equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the inspection and maintenance of lifting equipment (Gantry Crane, Crawler Cranes, Scissor lift, MEWPs Excavators, FLT's)
- Ensuring that all lifting operations are conducted in accordance with LOLER and PUWER regulations
- Managing the daily schedule and clients using patch
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing technical support to colleagues
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Hold a Level 4 qualification in a mechanical-based subject such as HNC and above
- Have extensive hands-on experience of inspecting, maintaining, repairing or servicing lifting equipment or cranes
- Hold a valid UK driving license
- Excellent customer-facing skills
