As a Mechanical Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a tight-knit engineering team within a market-leading specialist equipment provider in the Aerospace industry.

The Role:
  • Oversee a team of 2 engineers
  • Support and report to the Workshop Manager and Electronics Supervisor
  • Undertake reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs
  • Assembly and disassembly of components
  • Carry out reverse engineering
  • End-to-end project work and support
The Person:
  • Workshop or manufacturing leadership background or similar
  • Mechanical background
  • Looking to work in the Aerospace industry
  • Commutable to Horsham
